We are looking for a skilled Front Office professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest service and front office operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
- Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve excellent service standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of front office software and systems, including reservation and check-in procedures.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
