About the Role

We're hiring a
AI Product Analyst & Prompt Engineer

to help us scale our AI agent platform. If you're someone who thinks in workflows, writes great prompts, automates everything, and thrives in ambiguity — this role is for you.

You'll work across functions to design scalable AI agents (voice, email, chat), create structured prompt templates, and ensure real-world deployment at scale for multiple customers.

What You'll Do

  • Design structured prompts to power voice agents, email generators, chatbots, and other AI workflows
  • Create reusable prompt frameworks and templates that scale across multiple customer segments
  • Translate product use cases and user needs into clear, modular prompt logic
  • Map business problems to prompt and automation workflows, ensuring scalability and reusability
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops teams to iterate quickly and ship fast
  • Use tools like GPT-4o, OpenAI Assistants API, Claude, or Mistral to build intelligent agents
  • Document prompt logic, fallback instructions, edge case handling, and evaluation metrics
  • Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks (think: Zapier meets LLM engineering)
  • Help define internal standards for prompt modularity, versioning, and safety
  • Support the product roadmap by contributing to feature specs, evaluating agent output, and prioritizing improvements based on impact
  • Optionally: Build lightweight Python scripts to support prompt testing, data transformation, or API workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written communication and structured thinking
  • Curious, hands-on, and 
    comfortable switching between prompt design, product thinking, and operations
  • Prior experience with 
    LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
     and understanding how prompting affects outputs
  • Growth mindset with willingness to tackle diverse challenges and learn new skills
  • Familiarity with Vibe coding tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience
     in any of prompt engineering, product analysis, automation ops, technical writing, or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus but not mandatory
  • Interest in SaaS, B2B products, or LLM applications
  • Engineering background is preferred
