Role & responsibilities

As an HR intern, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Sourcing Profiles: Identifying and sourcing candidates for various positions.

Screening and Scheduling Interviews: Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules.

Candidate Coordination: Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of various reports using Excel to track recruitment and HR activities.

Support to HR Team: Helping the HR team with additional tasks and follow-up activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Languages: Proficiency in both English and Hindi (spoken) and English (written).

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Strong skills in Mail Drafting and business communication.

Educational Background Specialization in Human Resource Management and completed MBA in
