Content Creator
to join our digital marketing team and help bring our brand to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging photo, video, and short-form content (especially reels and stories) for digital platforms.
  • Participate in outdoor shoots, factory visits, product demos, and events to capture authentic content.

Social Media Execution:

  • Support daily posting and execution across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand tone, visual guidelines, and marketing goals.

Trend Spotting & Agility:

  • Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and audio to create fresh, high-engagement content.
  • Take initiative to ideate and execute quick-turnaround content when opportunities arise.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source content ideas, product information, and stories.

Basic Optimization:

  • Use platform insights to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
  • Help maintain a consistent posting calendar.

Requirements:

  • Upto 1 year of experience in content creation or social media.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and posting best practices.
  • Comfort with being on camera and/or shooting short videos.
  • Proactive, agile, and willing to work both indoors and outdoors to capture real-time content.
  • Bonus: Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
