Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territories for product detailing and order generation.
- Ensure proper product knowledge, competitor awareness, and effective territory coverage.
- Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor activity to share with the management team.
- Participate in promotional activities, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and product launches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, prescriptions, and business reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales Executive.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
Salary Package
- Competitive salary (based on experience) + Incentives + Allowances
