Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned territories for product detailing and order generation.
  • Ensure proper product knowledge, competitor awareness, and effective territory coverage.
  • Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor activity to share with the management team.
  • Participate in promotional activities, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, prescriptions, and business reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales Executive.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.

Salary Package

  • Competitive salary (based on experience) + Incentives + Allowances
