  12. Monitor the site for hazards and enforce safety regulations.

  13. Quality Control

  14. Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

  15. Identify and resolve problems or defects on-site.

  16. Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to interpret technical documents.

  17. Material and Equipment Management

  18. Oversee the use and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.

  19. Order supplies and materials as needed.

  20. Prevent material wastage and ensure cost-effective practices.

  21. Communication and Coordination

  22. Act as the point of contact between workers, management, and clients.

  23. Attend site meetings and coordinate with different departments.

  24. Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders.

  25. Record Keeping and Reporting

  26. Maintain site records such as timesheets, attendance, material usage, incident reports, and daily logs.

  27. Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

  28. Problem Solving

  29. Address unexpected challenges or emergencies on-site.
