Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a good eye for design, and understands how to build and engage online communities. You'll play a key role in shaping our digital voice and supporting campaign execution across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations to suggest creative ideas and keep our content fresh
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Help grow followers, engagement, and reach across platforms
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and collaborations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms, best practices, and industry trends

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to move swiftly across projects and comfortably manage multiple client deliverables at once.
  • Ability to work fully remote with a flexible schedule, including half-day Saturdays.
  • Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A natural storyteller with a comprehensive understanding of brand communication & marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools
