The incumbent will look into new Part development and approval for new projects, series models and multi sourcing.

1.Ensuring part development for model events.
2.Collaborating with CFT – R&D, VD, SS, Suppliers, Manufacturing etc. to resolve drawing and specification concerns captured during drawing study.
3.Conducting Quality audits at various project stages.
4.Problem analysis, actions and corrective measures implementation
5.PPAP verification and approval.

- Verification of process at supplier
- Verification of samples and releasing reports of all the samples
- Communication and Follow up with respective agency to close the observations of drawing studies.
- Verifying the change matrix w.r.t to base model against the Design Documents.
- Process and product audits as per control plan.
- Analysis and verification of corrective measures.
- Study Supplier PPAP documents.
- Verify the controls and check points to meet the product Requirements.

B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 5-8 yrs of experience

Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods – mechanical proprietary parts. (Casting, forging, rubber as child parts)
New Product Development, APQP, Product Testing and Validation
Awareness of PPAP & Auditing skills
