1. Planning & discussion with stake holders

Equipment initial and final trial at vendor end
Equipment installation and commissioning
Handover to concern department,
Equipment & process monitoring for 3 months after commissioning.

Special Projects like IT Integration Projects

• Supervise the manufacturing function and meet output targets.

• Accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements.

• Implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.

• Manage smooth and timely operations of Assembly line.

• Lean Manufacturing -Continually looks to make efficiency improvements to products, systems, operations and processes.

Idea generation for any improvements leading to process improvements or manpower reduction.
Facilitation for implementation of ideas to get required results
NVAs elimination
Line Balancing for increasing man utilization
Identification and implementation of Low cost automations.
Recommendation for addition/ reduction in Manpower.
Compile manpower requirement for each month model mix.
Recommendation for the addition / reduction of MP
Finding reasons for deviations.
