Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will collaborate with the team to create compelling content and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

  
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to enhance engagement.

  
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, running ad campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics.

  
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

  
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.

  
• Analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.

  
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.

  
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

  
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media platforms.

  
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.

  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
