Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head for our IT company who will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing marketing strategies to promote IT services, build brand visibility, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT marketing and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for IT services and solutions
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and content marketing
  • Manage branding, online presence, and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams for lead generation support
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve defined objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT or technology company
  • Strong understanding of IT services marketing (software, digital solutions, B2B services)
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B IT marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach
