Opportunity for a Deputy Manager - HR, in a Multi-Specialty Hospital at Bangalore near Yeshwantpur. Looking for a dynamic HR Professional with healthcare experience can lead a small team and take care of HR Operational activities day to day basis and reports to the Head - HR. Looking for a candidate with knowledge of local language is preferable. Candidate in and around nearby will be preferable. The budget for the position is 10L - 12L as per the experience range from 7-10 years. Healthcare Experience is preferable. This full-time, mid-level position requires an individual who excels in HR operations and talent acquisition. The role demands experience in policy implementation and statutory compliances to support our growing team while maintaining our distinct approach to recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR operations and processes.
- Adept in talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the right talent is hired efficiently to meet business needs.
- Thorough knowledge of statutory compliances, ensuring all processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Hands-on experience with policy implementation, contributing effectively to organizational growth and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership abilities when necessary.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, staying updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
