Key Responsibilities:

  1. Refining Operations:

  2. Refine precious metals, including gold, silver, and other precious metals, using various refining techniques and equipment.

  3. Recover precious metals from jewelry scrap and waste materials.

  4. Quality Control:

  5. Monitor and control the quality of refined precious metals, ensuring that they meet company standards and customer requirements.

  6. Conduct regular testing and analysis of refined precious metals.

  7. Process Improvement:

  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

  9. Develop and implement new refining processes and techniques.

  10. Safety and Compliance:

  11. Ensure that all refining processes are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  12. Train and supervise junior refining staff on refining processes and safety procedures.

  13. Inventory Management:

  14. Manage and maintain accurate records of precious metal inventory, including receipts, refining, and dispatch.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in precious metal refining, with a strong understanding of refining processes and techniques.

  2. Skills:

  3. Strong knowledge of precious metal refining, including chemical processes and equipment.

  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

  6. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

  7. Education: Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
