HRIS- SF RCM Analyst role (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced
Recruitment Consultant
with expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM)
. The role will support recruitment operations, resolve system-related queries, and assist with implementation queries and optimization of the recruitment module.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will

  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management
  • Configure recruitment workflows, templates, and requisition processes
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand requirements and implement best practices
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutionsAssist in testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements or new features

About You

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM)
  • Proven experience in optimization and maintainance projects for recruitment module
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and integration with other SF modules (ONB, EC)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) is a plus
