Job Title: PDI Incharge – Four Wheeler

Location: Kamre, Ranchi (Titanium Mahindra Service)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process of new vehicles as per Mahindra standards.
  • Ensure vehicles are thoroughly checked for quality, safety, and performance before delivery.
  • Maintain PDI records and generate daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure timely readiness of vehicles.
  • Conduct final quality checks including accessories fitment, cleanliness, and fuel levels.
  • Train and guide PDI technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Handle customer feedback related to vehicle delivery quality.
  • Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and manpower are utilized efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile service/PDI (four-wheeler).
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection standards and workshop operations.
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to maintain documentation and reporting effectively.

Salary: Up to Rs 16,000/-
