**Job Title**: PDI Incharge - Four Wheeler
**Location**: Kamre, Ranchi (Titanium Mahindra Service)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)** process of new vehicles as per Mahindra standards.
- Ensure vehicles are thoroughly checked for quality, safety, and performance before delivery.
- Maintain PDI records and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure timely readiness of vehicles.
- Conduct final quality checks including accessories fitment, cleanliness, and fuel levels.
- Train and guide PDI technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle customer feedback related to vehicle delivery quality.
- Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and manpower are utilized efficiently.
- Minimum **3+ years of experience** in automobile service/PDI (four-wheeler).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection standards and workshop operations.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain documentation and reporting effectively.

**Salary**: Up to Rs 16,000/
