Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage upgrades of OpenText Archive Center systems - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for upgrade processes - Conduct thorough testing and validation of upgraded systems - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful upgrades - Provide training and support on new features post-upgrade - Generate detailed upgrade reports summarizing work performed and system status Qualification Required: - Minimum 9 years of experience in upgrading and managing OpenText Archive Center systems - Proficiency in OpenText Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple upgrade projects - Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with OpenText product certifications or equivalent and additional skills in SAP Document Management Tools, Enterprise Scanning, Workflow, and BPM.
