Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee the construction and execution of a luxury Directors Bungalow project. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, vendor management, and ensuring timely completion as per design and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Verify contractor bills and material consumption.
  • Handle procurement coordination and inventory management for site materials.
  • Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
  • Ensure the project meets the desired timelines, budget, and aesthetic standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 5–8 years in residential / luxury bungalow / villa projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing works, interiors, and MEP coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel, and quantity estimation.
  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

  • Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.
