Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

  • Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of project planning tools is a plus.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution activities in coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
  • Supervise on-site installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure material and manpower availability.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility assessments.
  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Handle customer interactions, meetings, and approvals.
  • Monitor and enforce quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
  • Support the procurement and logistics team with technical clarifications.
  • Ensure project documentation and handover procedures are followed.

Required Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in engineering project execution or project management.

  • Strong technical and engineering background

  • Effective project planning and time management.

  • Experience in automation, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards
  • Ability to work in field and office environments
