Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Client Servicing Executive located in Bangalore. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, scheduling and coordinating projects, delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Junior Client Servicing Executive will work closely with the creative team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions, while maintaining consistent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Profile:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Assist in negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.

Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Manage campaign and oversee its end-to-end execution.

Co-ordinate with partners and vendors for daily tasks

Follow-up for payments and generate invoices.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good team player

Adhering to the timelines

Ability to manage a team, coordinate with the client and streamline the requirements

The ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines under pressure

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in Google Suite

Exceptional attention to detail and capable of delivering error-free content

Superior customer service ethic and interpersonal skills

Management of handling multiple brands on daily basis

Up to date and completely aware of creative processes and techniques

Build strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management

Experience in Customer Service with a client-first approach

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with the creative agency or media industry is a plus
