Role Outline & Desired Skills:

  • Should have Ph.D. in Business Management from globally and eminent reputed Institutions.
  • Should have served as a Professor in Business Management with proven experience in handling diverse administrative responsibilities such as departmental or institutional leadership.
  • Must have acted as a Chair Person or Lead Evaluator for academic assessments or examinations.
  • Should have contributed significantly to the design and development of business management curriculum and academic frameworks.
  • Should have held key academic leadership roles such as Program Director, Head of Department, or Dean, preferably in Business Schools or Management departments.
  • Should have been actively involved as a panel member, academic advisor, or evaluator in peer institutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business research, development of research initiatives, and guiding scholars in management research.
  • Proven track record in driving industry-academia collaboration, including research partnerships, consultancy, and real-world application of management principles.
  • Should have provided strategic consultancy, training, or research support to businesses, government bodies, or NGOs, with a focus on business growth, innovation, or sustainability.
  • Experience in promoting executive education, community learning programs, or other nonformal educational platforms targeted at working professionals and entrepreneurs.
  • Actively engaged in entrepreneurship development, fostering industry linkages, encouraging job enrichment, and promoting knowledge dissemination and thought leadership.
