Receptionist/Front Office Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with front office software and systems.
