Front Office Executive

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it reflects a professional image of the company.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting arrangements, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
