  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and update a quality manual for Leather Gloves / Leather Products Manufacturing processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Excellent in handling ISO 9001 certification audit, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications.
  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in lead and coordinate quality improvement projects, utilizing tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management.
  • Analyse customer feedback and complaints, identifying trends and implementing measures to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Leather Wallet knowledge is mandatory
  • Manage supplier quality by establishing and maintaining effective supplier evaluation and monitoring processes.
  • To conduct in-line, mid-line and final inspections to keep the quality in track
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management, and propose and implement relevant updates to the quality management system.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management, highlighting performance, areas for improvement, and recommended actions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working as a Quality Manager or in a similar quality management role Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Six sigma certification, certified quality manager (CQM),
