Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The role involves reconciling bank accounts, handling monthly account reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable. The candidate will also process payroll, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare quarterly and annual tax returns. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, assisting in budget preparation and monitoring, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Reconcile bank accounts and perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and organized financial records.
  • Ensure timely and correct GST calculations, filings, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, especially Tally ERP Prime.
  • Good knowledge of GST rules, returns, and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of import–export documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
