Job Description: Academic Counselor

Role Overview:

As an Academic Counselor in our Olympiad Sales Team, you will:

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Olympiad Sales Team. As an academic counselor, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored Olympiad learning solutions from Vedantu's portfolio of educational offerings. Your ability to build relationships and close sales will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through high-volume outbound calls and pitch Vedantu's Olympiad learning program, aligning them with their educational needs.
  • Book Online Demo sessions for the students with the teachers to help them experience Vedantu's learning platform on a daily basis.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections, provide resolutions, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Accurately record and manage client data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other cross functional teams to share insights and optimize strategies.
