The ideal candidate is a data expert with a passion for teaching and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to learners at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments focused on Python programming and data science concepts.
• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for various audiences, from beginners to advanced users.
• Customize Training Content: Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the participants.
• Demonstrate Best Practices: Showcase best practices and advanced techniques in data science using Python, including data manipulation, visualization, and modeling.
• Provide Hands-On Practice: Facilitate hands-on practice sessions to help participants apply what they've learned in real-world scenarios.
• Assess Participant Progress: Evaluate participants' progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Offer Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing their questions and challenges related to Python programming and data science.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Python packages, features, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from participants to improve future training sessions and materials.
• Promote Data Science with Python: Advocate for the benefits and capabilities of Python for data science within the organization and to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant fields can be an added advantage.
• Certification: Relevant certifications in data science or Python programming, such as the Data Science Specialization by Johns Hopkins University on Coursera or equivalent certifications.
• Experience: Significant experience using Python for data science, including data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling. Proven experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or classes. Experience in developing training materials and curricula.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with popular Python packages such as dplyr, ggplot2, tidyverse, caret, and shiny. Strong understanding of data science principles and best practices. Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning using Python. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data manipulation. Knowledge of other programming languages like Python can be beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Patience and the ability to engage and motivate learners. Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and levels.
• Other Qualifications: Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest developments in data science and Python programming. Ability to gather and incorporate feedback to improve training sessions and materials.
