About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer passionate about AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI ecosystems. You'll be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven applications and services that leverage LLMs, vector databases, and cloud-based AI APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Python applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral).
  • Build and integrate AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
  • Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques for LLM-based systems.
  • Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic search and retrieval.
  • Develop and deploy API-based microservices and AI-powered backends on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient AI solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, MLOps, and applied NLP.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI model integration.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent LLM frameworks.
  • Hands-on with APIs and AI SDKs (OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS Lambda, ECS, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with FastAPI / Flask, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, embeddings, and prompt optimization.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning pipelines and vector search concepts.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning or model serving using open-source models.
  • Experience with frontend integration of AI models (Streamlit, Gradio, React-based dashboards).
  • Contribution to AI/ML open-source projects or personal LLM experiments.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,418.76 per month
