Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to US customers regarding pending dues.
  • Negotiate repayment schedules and settlement plans.
  • Update and maintain accurate account information in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and internal policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in collections/Voice Process.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Understanding of FDCPA and US collection guidelines (preferred).

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
