Factory Finance Manager

Location : Rajpura

Candidate must possess knowledge of SAP

Experience : minimum 5-6 years experience in manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Cost & P&L Management: Ensure that manufacturing costs and Profit & Loss (P&L) are closed by the 5th of every month.

  • Monthly /Quarterly/annual closing of books : Ensure timely closure and reconciliation of the trial balance and P&L in SAP each month.

  • Cost Analysis & Improvement: Review manufacturing and cost data, including LPF, RM/PM consumption variance, to identify inefficiencies. Collaborate with the Factory Manager to drive improvement actions.

  • Logistics Cost Monitoring: Monitor and review logistics-related costs daily to ensure efficiency.

  • Scrap Sale Management: Ensure accurate tracking of scrap sales.

  • Inventory Management: Track and reduce the number of days of inventory to optimize working capital.

  • Expense Authorization & PO Verification: Oversee and verify day-to-day expenses and purchase orders (POs) according to the approved chart of authorities.

  • Audit Compliance: Address and resolve any open issues from previous internal audit reports, IFC testing, and fulfilling statutory audit requirements.

  • Statutory Compliance Tracker: Publish a monthly statutory compliance tracker for the site to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
