About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations across our premium jewelry store locations. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and support staff
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain premium store ambiance consistent with brand positioning
  • Handle customer relationships, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with retail best practices
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Manage store budgets and cost control initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product display and promotions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience (preferably in luxury/jewelry sector).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and valuations
  • Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Hindi and English fluency; Regional language proficiency preferred
