Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the sales of our precision optical components system and related services. This role will focus on managing business and fostering strong relationships with new private clients & existing customers to ensure repeat and new business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the precision optical components market and possess strong sales and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for optical components & related requirements, including managing tender submissions and driving repeat business.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the optical components & system sector.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

· MBA or Degree in a related field.

· 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the optical components industry or related technology sectors.

· Proven track record of managing tender processes and securing repeat business.

· Strong understanding of the optical components market, including customer requirements and competitive dynamics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
