About the Role:

We are seeking a CI/CD Strategist to lead the design and execution of robust, scalable, and secure Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines across our engineering teams. This strategic role involves working with developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and leadership to drive best practices in software delivery, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and own the CI/CD roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Design end-to-end CI/CD architecture for applications across cloud, container, and hybrid environments.

  • Standardize pipeline frameworks and templates to ensure reusability, scalability, and compliance.

  • Pipeline Development & Optimization

  • Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, etc.

  • Introduce automation and orchestration for builds, tests, deployments, and rollbacks.
  • Continuously improve pipeline performance, security, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing GitOps, progressive delivery (e.g., canary, blue-green), and automated rollback strategies.
  • Certifications: AWS/GCP/Azure DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or similar.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
