** This internship comes with a possibility of conversion to Full time based on performance during the internship & the manager's discretion **

Job Responsibilities :

● Test Case Design & Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories.

● Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking tool.

● Regression & Smoke Testing: Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing before each release.

● Test Automation Assistance: Support in writing basic automated test scripts (if applicable).

● Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to understand application behavior and help in debugging issues.

● Test Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and issue reports.

● API Testing Support: Assist in API testing using tools like Postman or similar.

● Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends in software testing and QA methodologies

Non Negotiable Skills :

● Understanding of Software Engineering Fundamentals – Knowledge of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.

● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to break down problems logically and approach solutions methodically.

● Attention to Detail – Ability to identify inconsistencies and spot potential issues.

● Basic to Intermediate SQL Knowledge

● Curiosity & Willingness to Learn – Enthusiasm for learning new testing techniques and tools.

Knowledge :

➔ Knowledge of SQL and databases (mandatory)

➔ Knowledge of Python

➔ Should be fluent in coding

➔ Knowledge of complete SDLC

➔ Knowledge of HTTP protocol, REST API, cookies and browser sessions, VCS like GIT

Qualification:

BTECH (Computer science) /BCA or Bachelor in the required field
