Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and assist senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or as a personal assistant.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with basic tech tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
