Job Title : Service Sales Executive

Location : CHENNAI, BANGALORE AND TRICHY

Job Summary:

The AMC & Modernization Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through service sales, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), repair works, and modernization of existing elevators. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing clients and generating new opportunities by identifying elevators that require upgrades, safety improvements, or service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute sales strategies for AMCs, repair packages, and modernization projects.


• Meet housing societies, facility managers, corporates, hospitals, malls, and institutions.


• Conduct site inspections to assess elevators requiring modernization or upgrades.


• Present proposals and explain benefits of AMC/modernization to decision-makers.


• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.


• Coordinate with service and technical teams for execution of contracts.


• Track AMC renewals and ensure customer retention.


• Maintain a database of clients and prepare regular sales reports.


• Provide market insights (competitor service pricing, customer trends).


• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.


• 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in elevators, facility management, or engineering services.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.(In English and Local Language)


• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.


• Good understanding of elevator maintenance/modernization will be an advantage.


• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.


• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.

Work Environment:


• Field-based role with regular customer visits.


• Requires coordination with service engineers and technical staff.
