Position Overview:
We're looking for a Digital Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about online sales. The ideal candidate will:
Engage with customers on WhatsApp and Instagram to manage inquiries and cake orders.
Convert leads into confirmed sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Onboard new clients for CakeNest's range of digital services designed to empower home bakers.
Maintain and manage sales data, track progress, and take follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries and manage end-to-end order processing via chat or calls.
Proactively follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.
Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients for our digital services and onboard them effectively.
Data Management:
Keep detailed records of all sales data and regularly update the system.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Target Achievement:
Independently set and achieve sales goals, contributing to the growth of the company.
Stay motivated and demonstrate resilience in hitting targets.
Who We're Looking For:
A fresher or experienced candidate with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable using platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram for professional communication.
Passionate about sales and achieving high targets.
Self-motivated and a quick learner with an ability to work independently.
Highly organized with an eye for detail to handle sales data effectively.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Mohali
Immediate joining preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹34,339.49 per month
