Location: Pune, India

Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to oversee our daily administrative operations and ensure our office environment runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and official communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and perform data entry
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and arrange travel plans
  • Assist HR with attendance tracking, leave records, and employee onboarding
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
