Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for the Head of Retail Operations of their Retail arm Kuka Home X Incasa (Kuka being the worlds largest sofa manufacturer). The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day retail operations, streamlining processes to improve efficiency, managing teams to achieve operational goals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves data analysis to support decision-making, ensuring adherence to company standards, and fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders. The Head of Retail Operations will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Retail Operations and Operations Management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate data and support strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading and developing staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are an advantage.
