Position Overview

Ralliant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented payroll data entry analyst to support accurate and timely data processing for our global teams. This role is a key part of our payroll operations and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, shared services environment.

As a Payroll Data Entry Analyst, you will work closely with the Regional Payroll Teams to enter and validate data, assist with report generation and ensure compliance with internal standards and deadlines. Regional Scope

Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil

APAC: China, India, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam

EMEA: Germany, UK, Slovakia, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, UAE, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Spain

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and validate payroll-related data into payroll systems (e.g., ADP, eTime) in accordance with established deadlines.

Assist with payroll data processing tasks across multiple countries within the Americas, EMEA, or APAC regions.

Support payroll team in compiling standard and ad hoc reports for internal use or audits.

Review employee time and attendance data for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee payroll data.

Help respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to senior payroll staff as needed.

Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy of payroll inputs.

Assist with documentation and updates of payroll procedures and process improvements.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent data entry and accuracy skills.

Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Eagerness to learn payroll practices and systems in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.

Experience within a global or regional payroll team or shared services model.

Familiarity with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, ADP eTime and/or SAP Payroll.
