Nativer is a fast-growing farm-to-home brand delivering farm-fresh milk, vegetables, fruits, groceries, and homemade products directly from farmers and suppliers. We're building a transparent, quality-driven sourcing network across Tamil Nadu.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to bring new suppliers and farmers on board for all Nativer product categories. The role involves vendor development, quality checks, pricing control, and coordination with tech and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new farmers and suppliers for milk, vegetables, fruits, and groceries.
  • Collect and verify supplier KYC (GST, PAN, Bank details, License).
  • Ensure product quality, correct pricing, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain Onboarding Forms and coordinate listings with the Admin & MIS teams.
  • Use tech apps for supplier onboarding, stock & payment tracking.
  • Approve purchases as per company approval hierarchy.
  • Ensure all bills, vouchers, and forms are signed, uploaded, and reconciled daily/weekly.
  • Cooperate closely with Tech, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth flow.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in sourcing, agri-procurement, or vendor management (FMCG / Agri / Dairy preferred).
  • Graduate in Agriculture / Food Tech / Business or related field.
  • Must be tech-friendly (Excel, Google Drive, MIS tools).
  • Strong negotiation, coordination & documentation skills.
  • Eye for quality, speed, and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
