Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector to join our finance and accounts team. The role involves managing plant accounting, cost analysis, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.

· Oversee cost accounting activities including product costing, variance analysis, standard cost updates, and inventory valuation.

· Monitor plant-level expenses, production costs, and overheads to ensure cost optimization.

· Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.

· Support budgeting and forecasting processes; analyse deviations and report to management.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

· Coordinate internal, statutory, and cost audits, and assist in addressing audit observations.

· Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

· Assist in CAPEX analysis, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation tracking.

· Collaborate with the production, procurement, and operations teams to provide financial insights that drive efficiency and cost savings.

· Prepare management information systems (MIS) reports and plant performance dashboards.

· Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

· Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Strong understanding of costing, inventory management, and financial reporting principles.

· Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP) and advanced Excel.

· Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle tight deadlines.

· Exposure to plant-level accounting and cost audit processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
