Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Trainee at Bilimoria Mehta & Co., located in Connaught Place. The Article Trainee will actively assist in tax compliance and advisory assignments, including direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, and international taxation matters. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include supporting financial audits, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting with regulatory compliance under RBI and FEMA guidelines. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in project finance and advisory services while working closely with senior-level professionals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation.
  • Hands-on skills in Financial Data Analysis and Report Preparation
  • Understanding of RBI and FEMA regulatory frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
