Role & responsibilities

The Senior Technical Implementation Manager is expected to bring extensive experience in project and program management, escalation handling, team leadership, and technical architecture. A key focus is on managing datacenter transformation and migration projects, including vendor evaluation, customer relationship management, and delivering Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) for new technologies. The role also requires hands-on involvement in the implementation of security solutions, such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, NGAV, and HIPS, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The candidate must have a strong background in defining information security strategies and integrating security technologies within enterprise architecture frameworks, with a willingness to travel PAN India as needed.

In this role, the manager will lead the technical delivery of cybersecurity infrastructure across diverse environments, including private, public, and hybrid cloud. Responsibilities include architecture design, technology integration, reverse-engineering of network flows, and complex problem resolution involving multi-vendor security ecosystems. The candidate must be capable of guiding SOC transformation initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing and fine-tuning tools such as Web Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Server Load Balancers, and Endpoint Security platforms. Knowledge of MDM, mobile APT defenses, database activity monitoring, and firewall policy assessments is essential.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with certifications such as CCNP Security, CCSE, CCIE Security, CISSP, or CISM. The role demands strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as familiarity with ITIL processes. Success will be measured through key performance indicators including timely project delivery, effective POC execution, detailed documentation (LLDs), team mentoring, accurate BOQ/BOM validation, and strong stakeholder engagement. Candidates must also have experience in working with advanced security technologies, managing multi-vendor environments, and aligning with tight implementation schedules.
