Multiple Openings - ONLY FROM SOLAR Industry (Urgent Requirement)

We are seeking a talented and motivated and detail-oriented candidate for below given positions to join our team in Jogeshwari, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for below given details job, role and responsibility.

1. Position - BD & Sales - Solar EPC (Groundmount)-1no

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 5Yrs -10Yrs

Compensation- Upto 15Lac

Role Responsibilities-

  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts such as PPA, BOO and Capex models.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, finance and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

2. Position - Purchase, Procurement & SCM-1no

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 5Yrs -10Yrs

Compensation- Upto 15Lac

Role Responsibilities-

  • Manage material procurement & planning
  • Develop new vendors for solar projects
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers
  • Oversee purchase activities within EPC solar division
  • Coordinate with Project & Site Team for P & P of Materials.

3. Position - Sr.Billing & Planning Engineer-1no

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-CIVIL/ Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 5Yrs -10Yrs

Compensation- Upto 12Lac

Role Responsibilities-

  • Responsible for accurately documenting and invoicing the progress of the project, managing contractor bills, ensuring compliance with billing schedules, and preparing necessary documentation for client payment.
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring site work, reconciling materials, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth cash flow for the project.
  • This role requires strong skills in quantity surveying, cost monitoring and liasioning with Clients and Government authority/Dept. for realizing of Invoice/Bill payments.
  • Hands on experience using software like MS Excel and Project.

4. Position Solar Design Engineer (Groundmount)-2nos

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-CIVIL/ Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 4Yrs -6Yrs

Compensation- Upto 10Lac

5. Position Project Engineer (Groundmount)-5nos

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-CIVIL

Experience- 4Yrs -6Yrs

Compensation- Upto 6 Lac

6. Position Document Controller (Female) (EPC Projects or Solar Projects)-1no

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-CIVIL/ Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 2Yrs -6Yrs

Compensation- Upto 6Lac

7. Position Draughtsman/woman (EPC Projects or Solar Projects)-2nos

Qualification (Requirement) - Any Qualification/ITI/Graduate

Experience- 2Yrs -6Yrs

Compensation- Upto 6Lac

8. Position Associate Designer-Rooftop/Groundmount-2no

Qualification (Requirement) - BE/DIPLOMA-CIVIL/ Electrical/Mechanical

Experience- 3Yrs -6Yrs

Compensation- Upto 6Lac

Mandatory Software- Hands on experience using software like AutoCAD, Sketch Up and PVsyst or any other designing software.
