As an SMO, we specialize in site identification, ethics submissions, and site monitoring to reduce operational burdens and enable high-quality trials. We are committed to delivering seamless and accurate clinical research services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site In Charge located in Bengaluru. The Site In Charge will oversee day-to-day operations of clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, managing patient recruitment and retention, monitoring study progress, and providing support to investigators. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, staff, and patients.
  • Research and Project Management skills to oversee the coordination and execution of clinical trials at the site.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures.
  • Understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
