Job Description

* Overall Project & Construction Management

* Co-ordinate between head office, client and contractor.

* Maintain drawings and mail/letter correspondence.

* Oversee and approve contractor work for quality and co-ordination.* Attend meeting & presentation

* Preparation of site reports as per formats with respect to time, quality, cost,

risks, recommendations etc.

* Oversee and approve certification & bill approval of contractors as per issued contract.

* Participate and approve building commissioning as per contract requirements

* Oversee and implement HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines on site

* Any other task related to site or design

* Check contractor bills

Qualification

* B.Tech/B.E Civil with site experience

*12 to 16 years or more of professional experience

* Should have worked on composite buildings with steel structures.

Skills

· Auto-Cad Software & MS Office

· Excellent Communication Skills-Speaking and Writing.

· Excellent in handling team and problem solver.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42, ₹43,202.87 per month
