Job Description:

1) Manage the recruitment of workers, handling campus selection of ITI or diploma holders.

2) Preparing & submitting all relevant data/documents/certificates of newly joined workers.
3) Handle induction & exit formalities of workers.
4) Assess training needs & coordinate for prepare training calendar, training plan for workers. Arrange to give training on ISO knowledge, First Aid & Fire & Safety.
5) Handling worker's queries & grievances.
6) Disputes settlements according to labor law, factory rules & compliance guidelines.
7) Communicating & explaining the organizational HR policies to the worker.
8) Handling leave, salary & statutory obligations related to PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, medical etc. for workers.

9) Handling the administration of all workers.
10) Maintaining HR records such as those related to compensation, health & medical insurance.
11) Managing workplace safety issues.
12) Conduction various welfare-related activities for workers.
13) Implementing & administering performance management processes of workers as per the PMS policy.
14) Assists in facilities management.
15) Implement SOPs of HR department & follow up of implementation of all SOPs of other departments.
16) Assists in infrastructure development.
17) Handle full & final settlement of workers.
18) Daily Plant visit & check the discipline of workers.
19) Manpower planning
20) Handle additional projects given by GM (Operation)
