Description
Consumer Management and Engagement
• Demo the Data Product Factory, gathering requirements and provide onboarding support for new users
• End-to-end tailored support for consumers, from onboarding to technical overview and liaising between other back-end teams to provide consumer with required support to integrate with Data Product Factory
• Raise awareness of new features, gather feedback on the product and translate them into a technical requirement to improve the Data Product Factory
• Manage and grow existing relationships with our global customers
• Creation of case studies for our key customers Strategic Planning and Collaboration
• Engage in design and development sessions to further creation and consumption capabilities for our users. This includes collaborating with Architects, DevOps, API, UI and Ingestion
• Work closely with the Business and Technical functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
• Assist the implementation of marketing strategies to showcase the capabilities and achievements of the Data Product Factory to upwards leadership Tooling and technical capabilities
• SQL to query databases, particularly for operational analysis, analysing consumer logs for debugging or reporting
• Power BI or similar for data visualization, storytelling and reporting capabilities to guide or develop requirements
• Knowledge of Python or Postman to interact with APIs
• Familiarity with the Azure Tech Stack
• Azure DevOps for creating and manage epics / features / user stories that are used to capture and track consumers Documentation and Reporting
• Produce, curate and present business-facing documentation, such as user guides, tutorials for making API calls, user journeys, marketing collateral, FAQs and product overviews
• Determine appropriate business metrics and how they should be calculated and visualized for executive leadership"
