We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Data Architecture and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data management principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust data architecture solutions that support business needs and enhance data accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to improve data management processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data architects and other team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management.
  • Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Data Architecture principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data architecture.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in data management or architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP) are a plus.
